It is your responsibility as the customer to read about the chosen template here: Template Download Section of Zen-cart.com to insure that the template you have selected is compatible with the zen-cart installation you have on your site. If you don't know your Zen-cart version number, you can find it in your admin by clicking the "version" link located at top right next to the "Log Off" link.

In order to install your template, we will have to be granted access to your site via FTP. You will need to either set up an FTP account for us on your stie, or give us a user name and password to your website admin so that we can set up the FTP account for you. All FTP access can be deleted upon completion of the installation and you may change your admin password to once again secure your site.

Once installation is complete, you will have to go to your Zen-cart admin and click on "Tools>Template Selection" and choose the new template to activate it.

Installing any new template causes the sideboxes to all revert to the "off" setting. You will need to record your sidebox configuration as it appears before this installation (and then reset all the sideboxes yourself) or have us install the "Save Sidebox Settings" mod that will reload your saved settings once you switch to the new template.
