Do you have a Zen-cart store set up with multiple shops (or "designers") who need to access the admin area and have the mod "Admin Profiles - Restricted Categories" installed?

Did your Admin Settings quit working after you had the latest Zen-cart security patch installed and now you can no longer edit admin user permissions? So now your shop owner/designer's permission settings won't take?

This can be a real problem for store owners who have multiple designers who should only have access to their specific categories.

We have devised a method of fixing this issue that leaves the Zen-cart security patch in place AND corrects the admin permissions issue.

What we will need:

1. A link to your zen-cart.
2. Temporary FTP access. (you can set this up through your web host's control panel and delete the FTP account after we are done). This allows us to edit the specific files related to the Admin Profiles of your zen-cart and replace them.
3. The password for the FTP access.
4. A link to your zen-cart admin login page.
   
5. A temporary login to your zen-cart admin so we can test to make sure everything went smoothly. (You can delete this after we are done, also.)

This fix won't take long at all once we have the above info and we will get you back up and running in no time.
