
You agree to abide by these terms when purchasing from Design My Cart so please read carefully.
****IMPORTANT: You must provide a legitimate email address and phone number when creating your account. Using *throw away* contact info will result in delays of service since we will be contacting you upon receipt of your order. We cannot be held responsible for turn around time if we cannot contact you through the info you have provided.****
- All products are in digital format and will be emailed to you upon completion. We can mail you a copy of all graphics and/or html on disc for an additional fee of $4.00. This charge covers the cost of the disc, the ink used for printing the disc label and first class shipping in a bubble mailer.
- Payment must be made through PayPal or Google Checkout before we begin work on your project.
- Due to the nature of the items we offer, refunds or exchanges are not offered once we begin work on your project.
- Because of the vast number of computer operating systems/browsers/screen resolution combinations, cross-browser compatibility is NOT guaranteed. We do our best to test all designs in the major browsers and screen resolution combinations but there is no possible way to make every design work exactly the same on every computer.
- Revisions: After we have gathered the required information from you and completed your project you will be emailed a screen capture and/or video as a proof. You will be allowed ONE revision for banners and logos and THREE revisions for custom BISI or auction templates. Our time is valuable and we cannot keep doing revision after revision. This is why it is VERY important that you communicate and supply us with as much information as possible about what you envision for your template, logo, banner ... etc.
- If you purchased a template, after your order is completed, you will be given a zip file containing all the html, css and graphics used to create your template. It is your responsibility to save this zip file in a safe place as a backup copy of your template should anything ever happen that causes you to lose the one we have installed on your BISI store.
- After your order is complete, you will be asked to
review all pages of your template installation to be certain everything
is in working order. Until that time you agree NOT to enter the
custom template area of your BISI admin and edit any of the html files,
custom files, or css. If you edit these files before receiving your zip
file, you may do damage to your html/css before we have had a chance to
save the latest version (if any tweaks were made once installed on your
site).
- If you choose to edit any of the template files we have installed, you will not be eligible for any technical support, but will have to purchase technical support to repair the template.
- If you purchase a template from us and later want
tweaks made to it, you will have to purchase those additional services.
Any small tweak made to your template requires that same tweak to be
done to all 10 pages (on a BISI template) and so it is time consuming
and our time is valuable.
- All designs will remain the sole property of Design My Cart and are sold under the condition that all copyright information and links remain intact. We did the work so we, in all fairness, should receive the credit. If you have the intentions of buying a design and then removing the copyright information please shop elsewhere.
- Custom templates or pre-made templates purchased from Design My Cart must be used intact and no graphic or color change (beyond the logo) can be made to the design.
- You may use the graphics within your design for branding purposes on other selling venues and/or printables. If recreating the template for use on another website our copyright information must remain intact.
- Templates purchased from Design My Cart cannot be shared, sold, or redistributed in part or in whole.
- Design My Cart retains the right to use any graphics and/or custom work as examples in a portfolio for self promotion.
